Our journey

We raised $2 mn at an idea-stage in December 2019 from Sequoia Capital’s Surge program, and marquee investors like Naveen Tewari (InMobi Group), Kunal Shah (CRED), Shradha Sharma (YourStory) and many more. Post our beta launch ~12 months ago, the company has grown leaps and bounds: 270+ investments made; portfolio companies include loved brands like Bewakoof, Third Wave Coffee, The Man Company, 9stacks, Mamagoto, Eat.Fit, SMOOR Raised $20 mn in August 2021 from GMO (Japan), Alter Global (USA) and others Launched a $30 mn fund in December 2021

About the role

We’re looking for someone to lead end to end DevSecOps practices and Infosec in Klub across multiple geographics as part of our business expansion programs and create an automated delivery pipeline that assists in building software more efficiently. You will assess, support, and implement high-quality information technology architecture, which fits best across the technical, operational, and management standards. You will create an organized solution by examining the large system environment and selecting an application framework to deal with the challenges in a multi-cloud system.

Responsibilities

● Lead DevOps practices for multiple geographies ● Design , develop and implement best practices ● Facilitating the development process and operations ● Establishing continuous build environments to speed up software development ● Identify gaps and implement solutions and processes ● Identifying the security risks during the planning phase and making sure systems security ● Hiring, setting up lead and mentoring in-house DevOps and Security team ● Managing DevSecOps and Multi-Cloud Strategy ● Owning environments and application availability and reliability ● Lead the security engineering & infosec departments

What are we looking for

● 8+ years of relevant work experience ● Hands-on experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS) ● Working knowledge of GCP/Azure/Oracle or similar cloud-based system ● Proficient cloud, infrastructure management, monitoring, and security management ● Understanding of ISO 27001 and other security standards ● Experience in handing compliance audits ● Strong knowledge of DevOps Platform tooling ( Git, Docker, Kubernetes, terraform, ELK,newRelic, Prometheus ,Grafana) ● Experience in handling automated deployment CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github actions, ArgoCD) ● Must have strong expertise in operating Linux/Unix environments and scripting languages like Python/Perl/Shell ● Working knowledge of automation service provisioning and middleware configuration ● Ability to work independently and as part of a team ● Ability to review deployment and delivery pipelines i.e. implement initiatives to minimize chances of failure, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot issues.
