Job Description: We are seeking a talented Malware Analyst Intern to join our cybersecurity team. As a Malware Analyst Intern, you will assist in the analysis and reverse engineering of malware samples to identify their behavior, capabilities, and origins. You will work closely with our experienced cybersecurity professionals to help protect our organization from advanced threats and attacks.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze malware samples and identify their behaviour, capabilities, and origins
• Reverse engineer malware to understand its inner workings and identify potential vulnerabilities or indicators of compromise
• Use malware analysis tools and techniques to detect, mitigate, and prevent malware infections
• Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to develop and implement threat intelligence and response strategies
• Stay up-to-date with the latest malware trends and techniques

Key Skills:

• Basic knowledge of malware analysis techniques and tools
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and C/C++
• Understanding of operating system and network concepts
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skillsCurrently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field
