Mission:
Sales Assistant will be responsible to offer reliable support to the sales team and help improve efficiency as sales volume increases. He/She will be responsible for maintaining regular contact with clients, ensuring that all sales documents and agreements are completed before they are filed and updating the CRM as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Responsible for Generating Leads, Managing CRM and Preparing RFP.
• Communicates consistently with clients and internal departments to clarify details regarding forecasting and other requests.
• Updates managers by consolidating, analysing, and forwarding daily action summaries.
• Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports.
• Maintains client databases offline and in CRM by adding client’s profiles and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports.
• Prepares sales presentations by compiling data, and developing presentation formats and materials.
• Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, analysing, and summarizing expenses.
• Performing other research, analysis, data quality and support projects for the global marketing organization
• Review incoming leads and distribute fairly among the new business Sales Representatives
• Maintain the lead list and data integrity in the database. Work closely with marketing and business development in procuring and importing data, and ensuring data are properly segmented for targeting purposes

Education Qualification
• Any Technical Graduate preferred (MBA desired)

Preferred Skills
• 6 Months to 1 Year of Sales experience will be preferred
• Ability to understand Cyber/ Information security requirements and offer appropriate solutions
• Exposure to CRM
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Ability to organize, multi task, work independently on several projects and meet deadlines
• Must be willing to work in Middle East Shift timings.
