Ethical Hacking Trainer Full-time

Classroom and online training responsibilities for students and corporate.

Collaborate with our team to define course structure, content, and delivery method to produce high quality training.

Ability to document and explain technical concepts in a concise and understandable manner to prepare study material.
Analyze and measure effectiveness in finding vulnerabilities in various IT products.
Conduct on-site and off-site security audit.
Develop and conduct training programs according to approved methodology.
Provide training, conduct workshops and seminars.
Knowledge of applicable cyber laws, standards and best practices in the context of digital forensics, litigation support and e-discovery.

o Identification of threat vectors
o Classification of threats as low, medium and high
o Configuration review
o Performing vulnerability assessment and penetration testing for web applications, mobile apps and desktop applications
o VAPT of server systems, databases and network assets.
o Profiling of risk for all kinds of digital assets, considering the impact of any breach or attack
o Implementation of security by design in component selection, coding practices and integration
o Conduct process audits to ensure practices are aligned to security guidelines.
o Bring back practice experiences in Cyber security to our training programs
o Consulting work in cyber security for external and internal clients
Responsibilities and Duties
This is a full-time position that would include training to the students and consulting responsibilities in cyber security for our clients. The expected commitment would approximately be in the ratio of 70% (faculty & curriculum work) to 30% (consulting work).
Qualifications and Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Certifications: CCNA, CEH or OSCP / Cyber Security
• At least 1 year of experience in cyber security of which 2 as an active penetration tester
• Strong IT Skills including hardware, software and networking
• Hands on experience with Linux and Windows server administration
• Knowledge and application of security standards and certifications.
• Knowledge / identification of various threat and attack vectors.
• Knowledge of configuration review

A passion for learning, teaching, and mastering complex system functionality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training and the flexibility to adapt to a changing environment.
Deep hands-on experience in Ethical Hacking.
Ability to communicate concepts in a concise, logical manner so students can absorb and retain.
Ability to lead discussions and actively influence
