Job Location: Kochi
NetSentries is a team of cybersecurity specialists dedicated to providing secure, trusted and integrated protection services. We specialize in information security services.
We have an immediate opening for a Marketing Communications specialist with 3 years of work experience, for our office located at Cochin.
The Marketing Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating the marketing communication plan and contribute to the content creation, conceptual design and overall implementation of the communications action plan to improve the brand awareness in the target segments. In doing so, building a consistent image in the industry, positioning the company as a global leader and partner of choice through content development for various print and digital communication channels.
Content Creation & Design

  • Must be able to conduct research and develop fresh content on a wide range of subjects across domains.
  • Create the storylines for our ingredients to effectively promote our products & capabilities. While doing so, create content and manage internal and external resources to deliver within the designed framework.
  • Working in close collaboration with the marketing teams & product line teams.
  • This includes material for market & product launches, trade exhibitions, innovation days, newsletters, web content and (digital) press & media releases.
  • Design external communication tools for the same materials (where relevant) within the brand guidelines, in cooperation with internal & external supplier/agencies.
  • Execute and lead brand identities; deploy brand identity standards and take a leadership role in enforcing compliance.
  • Develop, Maintain & support brand names and trademarks in close collaboration with product line teams.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials in close cooperation with marketing & product line teams.
  • Craft and send regular newsletters with company updates
  • Creating case studies, whitepapers, Solution brochures, Point of View articles, thought leadership articles, Sales playbook, press releases, articles for web etc
  • Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
  • Monitor corporate website and social media pages and address clients’ queries
  • Gather customer feedback to inform sales and product teams
  • Develop a sound digital marketing strategy for NetSentries and ElastikTA – Campaign ideas, strategies and social media advertising
  • Create and grow social media following from scratch on Linkedin, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and more
  • Engage audience with interesting content and Maintain strong online presence over time.
  • Write effective marketing copy, Create SEO-optimized content
  • Build email lists and manage email campaigns
  • Inbound marketing, on-page and off-page SEO, affiliate marketing, content marketing, email marketing and influencer marketing
  • Develop new Content continuously – Blogs, Whitepapers, E-Brochures, Videos
  • Enhance website and manage development and promotion of microsites for specific services to targeted markets and groups
  • Enable mechanisms for Online sales of suitable services through microsites
  • Manage Newsletters – Mailing List
  • Lead Generation – Reach out to new prospects/Partners for consulting services
  • Copywriting (video and text), Creative content writing including blog posts, articles and content for website
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content through social media

Media Relations

  • Build relationships with the relevant (digital) trade magazines and business channels to enable pro-active planning of external marketing communication material.
    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent with PowerPoint and Graphic Design
  • Degree in communications, journalism or marketing.
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant communications / marketing experience in B2B with excellent track record.
  • Excellent (native/near-native) English written and oral communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing/communication with third-parties/suppliers.
  • Analytic & strategic planning/ Project Management skills.
  • A structured approach to creating content & vast experience with print and digital media.
  • Strong listening, communication & influencing skills are essential.
  • Creative copywriting; a story-teller with an eye for detail.
  • Flexible, able to work independently, set and follow priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • International outlook/experience.
  • Creative, ‘outside the box thinker’.
