Role overview
Darkwater™ is current seeking a strong Sales Manager who can work with sales and market-oriented team for Cyber security/Information Security/Managed security domain supporting wide range of clients in India, Far-east & GCC countries.

Job Responsibilities:
• Sales Quota & target -bearing role by working with Company's Sales and Market oriented teams to position and promote Cybersecurity services to end-customers and prospects
• Consultative selling approach by understanding and analyzing the customer security posture and identifying solutions that would help fill critical gaps
• Pivotal in not only driving revenue growth within sales channels but also leading development in partnership with OEMs and other partner organizations on these product lines in our addressable market
• Support the productive relationships with vendors, partners, channels and related companies linked to Cybersecurity expanding our addressable market
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and document resources needed to build solutions specific for customer challenges
• Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Darkwater™ products & solutions in the market
• Work with Cybersecurity Product team to co-develop and execute go-to-market or penetration strategies to drive Cybersecurity business growth

• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Sales/Marketing or other relevant fields
• 2+ years of relevant experience in any established Cybersecurity company, skillful fresh candidates will also be considered.
• Demonstrated ability and successful track record in selling specific offerings in Information Security, Managed Security and Cyber security
• Strong understanding of the entire Information Security domain and environment of our enterprise.

Required skills:
• Well versed in security technology and Operations models to determine customer needs and sell
• Strong presentation skills and ability to interact well with customers at Middle to senior level and savvy in typical security deployments
• Security sales experience in regional market (as per specific region)
• Ability to think creatively, identify problems and offer solutions with minimal guidance.
• Ability to work against deadlines to close business and drive the proposition across the sales and customer layers
• Meeting Sales Goals, Motivation for Sales, Territory Management, Presentation Skills, Performance Management
• Building Relationships, Emphasizing Excellence, Negotiation, Results Driven, Sales Planning, Managing Profitability- Result oriented
• Drive target achievement through collaboration with internal and internal stakeholders
• Must be open to travel across India, GCC and other countries based on requirement
• Ability to cope with stress and work on tight deadlines
• Must be presentable, polite and tactful with requisite aptitude to handle complicated issues through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Should have strong knowledge IT & Cybersecurity tools, products & solutions
