IT SALES:

JOB DESCRIPTION :

 2-3 years of extensive experience selling IT services, preferably testing / security services
 Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up
calls.
 Building and managing profitable customer relationships.
 Should have the knowledge of bidding projects and also should be able to make business
proposal documents.
Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads
and arrange meetings

 Maintain Sales Retention, make Sales Presentation and Updates of daily sales report.
 Build a strong network with important stake holders from the client’s end.
 Determining client's business requirements and whether the services being considered are
suitable.
 Presenting findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client.
 Should be capable of handling complete sales cycle right from lead generation, demo,
proposal and closure.
 Exposure to International Markets is desired.

Skills:

 Excellent selling skills
 Excellent communication skills (over the telephone also/ calling)
 Excellent technical knowledge
 A keen interest in IT security issues
 Presentation skills
 The ability to write reports and proposals
 The capacity to work well on your own or in a team
 Negotiating skills
 Should be proficient with professional networks and social forums.
