InfoSec Business Development Manager / InfoSec Sales Manager Full-time

Summary

We are a fast-growing pure-play Information Security company focused on introducing innovative services and products in the Indian and International markets. We require a passionate BD/Sales Manager who is willing to lead and head an effective InfoSec sales team.

Qualifications

Engineering Graduate or/and Graduate with MBA, preferably with a specialization in marketing from a reputed institute/university. Qualifications are no barriers for candidates with relevant experience.

Skills / Experience

  • Strong work ethics.
  • Industry relevant experience, covering from opening opportunities to closing leads.
  • Experience in marketing and selling services and offerings that include Information Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, ISMS Implementation, Security Audit, Managed Security, Hosted Security services and Security Products.
  • Strong communication skills (both written & verbal), relationship & selling skills.
  • Teaming, customer relationship management, negotiation & business knowledge.
  • Knowledge on IT Security/industry Standards and Technical background in IT and Information Security.
  • Must be able to actively articulate the company’s technology and value proposition to partners/clients and sell custom solutions in a consultative manner with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Must be good at carrying out industry research, generating leads, qualifying leads, gathering market intelligence, carrying out competitive analysis etc.
  • Must be able to identify all technical and business issues and provide the necessary support to assigned accounts to ensure complete customer satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with Govt. Organizations and SME’s with a track record of engaging with C level executives.
  • An active network of both customer and business partner contacts in Indian and International markets will be preferred.
  • Both an individual and a strong team player with an outgoing personality and can do attitude. Someone who has a strong desire of pursuing a successful career path in infosec sales.

Main Functions

  • Lead the Business Development / Sales team effectively to enable the organization achieve its objectives.
  • Build relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities.
  • Design/Develop sales processes and maintain/grow the funnel as per organizational growth plans.
  • Mapping the accounts with respect to the requirements and future expansion plans, understanding the company profile with their customer base to provide positioning of the solution.
  • Ensure timely collections from the set of assigned accounts and maintain a healthy business.
  • Extensive Product Presentations and Customer requirement analysis for our offerings that include Information Security, Vulnerability Assessment, Penetration Testing, ISMS Implementation, Security Audit, Managed Security, Hosted Security services and Security Products.
  • Using various means like online forums participation, networking events, cold calling etc to build leads and bring them to closure.
  • Convey the customer requirements to the technical and product development team.
  • Respond to customer questions on technical and business related issues.
